At Re:Market Store, we take great care in curating and describing each item. As most pieces are vintage or pre-owned, we kindly ask that you review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
EU & UK Returns (14-Day Right of Withdrawal)
Customers within the European Union and the United Kingdom have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@rmarketstore.co within this period.
All returns must be approved before being sent back.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received
- All original tags (including security tags, if present) must remain attached
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may be refused or partially refunded
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
- If an item is faulty, misdescribed, or incorrect, we will cover the return costs
International Orders (Outside EU & UK)
All international sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside the EU and UK.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
